Job title: Young Talents Program in Operations

During your 15-months fast track program starting Mar.2026, we offer you the opportunity to build the foundation of a managerial career in the automotive industry: You will get to know the different Operations departments of the plant and take on responsible tasks at an early stage. You will build up your international network during an assignment abroad and at various cross functional network meetings during the program. Accompanying training modules and personal mentoring will additionally support you on your way through the DRÄXLMAIER Group young talents program.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering in their day-to-day business as well as independently managing tasks in the plant.
• Identification of improvement potential in the plant, design and execution of CI projects as project leader
• Participation in acquisition, industrialization or optimization projects
• Getting to know other relevant areas such as Maintenance, Controlling, HR, purchasing

Your profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in an technical or commercial discipline and an excellent academic track record.
• 2-5 years of professional work experience in an international and / or industrial company
• A maximum of three years of professional experience after the highest educational qualification
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Maturity, a high level of cultural awareness, and willingness to work internationally
• Resilience and passion for continuous improvement
• Willingness to permanently relocate to Tam Thang Industrial Zone, Ban Thach Ward, Da Nang City
