- Monitor and Optimize the logistic process, ensure the smooth implementation of logistical changes and the start of new projects
- Support the implementation of new Logistic projects
- Plan, implement and follow up on changes in the logistical process
- Work in cooperation with other departments and central logistics Germany in order to improve and implement logistic solutions
- Work with customers and suppliers with regard to department topics
- Cooperate in process improvements using organizational and IT measures
- Analyze current processes and find possibilities of optimization
- Training of employees towards new projects and logistical changes
- Follow 6s Principals
- Adapt and optimize the use of standard systems and processes
- Determine logistics costs (e.g. for bids, containers, transports, etc.)
- Cooperate in creating logistics concepts (e.g. material and information flow, packaging, transport, etc.)
- Cooperate in the creation of simple profitability studies and site studies
- Support in case of any issues in regards of HOST
