Objective of job
- Planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products
Principle activities
- Analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues in Production
- Provide fast and effective technical solutions to reduce downtime and improve product quality
- Design poka‑yoke concepts
- Create line balancing
- Perform time studies
- Perform equipment capacity planning
- Perform personnel capacity planning
- Verify and correct bill of materials
- Create, maintain and improve plant layout
- Optimize material flow
- Analyze and monitor production methods, as well as improving them
- Create process specifications
- Identify improvement potential in product and production processes
- Implement released optimizations
- Coordinate relevant plannings with other departments
Job Requirements
- Specialized knowledge / education: Completed university degree in technical field
- Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Engineer / IE Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing
Qualification
- Good self-learning skill is essential
- Good English communication
- Hands-on experience in poka‑yoke design
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good at communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
- Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, a service-oriented approach, a can-do attitude, a pursuit of perfection, realism, solution-focused thinking, and a commitment to self-improvement
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive optimal decisions
- Ability of self-planning and prioritizing activities
- Experience working in excel
- Creative and innovative mindset
Plus points:
- Experience in automotive wire harness assembly
- Experience in a multinational company
- Skilled in technical documentation and leading technical discussions in English
- Knowledge of KAIZEN, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in creating line balancing for assembly manufacturing processes (preferably in automotive wire harness)
