- Coordinate and carry our training courses considering effective directives and methods for certain areas of expertise
- Participate in testing and evaluating new concepts
- Participate in setting up training requirements
- Assist users in solving problems and issues within the scope of providing subsequent training support
- Provide technical orientation/training to associates (e.g. personnel scheduling, etc.)
- Coordinate trainers (intern/extern)
- Optimize training courses
- Assess training courses and prepare reports (e.g. effective/ ineffective training, etc.) and follow up the success of training (e.g. assess training and prepare reports, etc.)
- Compile and update material for training in the native language and in English
- Design, arrange, conduct and document training courses
