Objective of job: Planning and realization of standard equipments for existing and new products
Principle activities
• Act as an intermediate person between involved internal / external positions in equipment topic (e.g. project managers, suppliers, departments, etc.)
• Analyze and evaluate internal / external changes, and participate in internal negotiations (e.g. scope / costs of changes, etc.) and ensure the implementation
• Participate in the development of process and equipment standards and improvement concepts in cooperation with the responsible central units
• Clarify technical requirements and preliminary design of equipment in coordination with the involved and carry out feasibility studies
• Creation of calculations (e.g. for the offer phase, cost comparison, profitability, amortization calculations, etc.) regarding different equipment concepts
• Create functional and requirement specifications for internal and external purchasing,also monitor the order processing
• Perform equipment capacity planning
• Carry out coordination and optimization work on starting of new products regarding equipment / prototypes test systems
• Coordinate relevant planning with other departments
