Equipment Coordination

- Participation in projects for the procurement of equipment, prototypes and/or test systems
- Act as an intermediate person between involved internal/external positions (e.g. equipment planners, project managers, suppliers, departments, etc.)
- Perform equipment capacity planning
- Analyze and evaluate internal/external changes, participate in internal negotiations (e.g. scope/costs of changes, etc.), and ensure the implementation
- Carrying out coordination and optimization work on starting new products regarding equipment/prototypes/test systems
- Coordinate relevant planning with other departments
- Participate in the development of process and equipment standards and improvement concepts in cooperation with the responsible central units
- Clarify technical requirements and preliminary design of equipment in coordination with the involved and carry out feasibility studies
- Creation of calculations (e.g. for the offer phase, cost comparison, profitability, amortization calculations, etc.) regarding different equipment concepts
- Creation of specifications and functional specifications for external and internal order processing, also based on the rough specifications, DRX-Standards and the resource goals in areas involved in cooperation
