- Conduct quality planning, quality inspection; improve existing inspection processes
- Support in Quality system establish/implement/effective
- Support and implement the establishment, management and supervision of quality system operation methods, such as MES-QUA, Qsys
- Ensure the accuracy and rationality of system data, and export system data according to requirements
- Supervise the use of the system and correct any deviation in time. For example, follow up the problem-solving process, the closing time of 8D, and the confirmation of the completion of corrective measures, etc
- Committed to the continuous optimization and development of the quality system, and participated in the optimization and management of the quality system by headquarters as a factory interface
- Be familiar with system operation, plan, and implement training for system users.
- Create system reports according to the supervisor's requirements
- Support departments (e.g. design, production planning, etc.) in quality-oriented organization
- Cooperate in internal/external audits
- Take measures in case of quality problems
- Keeping manufacturing and test processes according to given procedures
- Providing rationalization proposals to the Head of quality
- Maintaining efficient cooperation partnerships with all departments necessary
- Participate change management, process audit
