Employee Customs Hungary

We are looking for a Employee Customs Hungary for our Customs & Foreign Trade Hungary department in Székesfehérvár.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute customs processes and import/export procedures in compliance with regulations;
• Coordinate with customs authorities, service providers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customs operations;
• Prepare, review, and maintain all customs-related documentation, including declarations, invoices, certificates, and transport documents;
• Classify products and materials using customs tariff codes and ensure accurate tariff and customs master data maintenance;
• Perform customs calculations, preferential origin assessments, and initiate required customs-related actions;
• Monitor and track customs clearances, notifications, document returns, and customs refund processes;
• Support and train new employees while continuously participating in professional development and customs-related training;
• Lead and coordinate complex customs cases, ensuring effective communication with authorities and compliance with import/export requirements.

Requirements:

• 3-year vocational training and 3 to 5 years of professional experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through alternative education and professional practice.
• Good English or German, language skills;
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
