Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of raw materials, components, and finished goods across DRÄXLMAIER plants and customer locations.
In this role, you will act as a central connector between suppliers, customers, and production sites, driving performance, solving challenges, and improving end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply DRÄXLMAIER plants with raw materials, semi-finished products, parts, containers, and transport resources, as well as customer plants with finished products across all supply chains
- Drive continuous improvements across all supply chains
- Align and agree on delivery dates with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Coordinate actions to prevent bottlenecks (e.g. delivery delays, technical changes, urgent or additional demand)
- Control and optimize logistical material and process flows across multiple supply chains, ensuring cost efficiency
- Analyze and track KPIs, deriving and implementing corrective actions
- Monitor delivery volumes and scheduling adherence
- Identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective measures (e.g. special transport) across multiple DRÄXLMAIER plants
- Handle operational activities within SAP-BISS (account reconciliation, inventory support, KPI tracking)
- Develop Power BI dashboards and process-related applications
Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in a similar role
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics and/or packaging
- Solid logistics knowledge and practical experience
- Fluency in English

Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Proficient in MS Office applications

Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus
