- At DRÄXLMAIER Tunisia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive excellence in recruitment, employer branding, and people marketing—playing a key role in supporting our business growth and transformation.
Your Impact
- As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Drive National Talent Strategy: Implement the regional People Marketing & Talent Acquisition strategy at the national level, fully aligned with DRÄXLMAIER Tunisia’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Own the End-to-End Candidate Journey: Lead and continuously enhance the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead & Develop TA Teams: Manage, coach, and upskill the national recruitment team through structured training, mentorship, and performance support—fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Enable Plant-Level Recruitment Excellence: Guide and support plant recruitment teams, ensuring governance through consistent application of regional standards, minimizing process deviations, and driving operational efficiency across locations; drive volume blue - collar recruitment projects.
- Lead Senior & Specialized Hiring: Take full ownership of recruitment processes for senior leadership and highly specialized roles, ensuring targeted sourcing, rigorous assessment, and high-quality hiring decisions aligned with business-critical needs.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into tailored, data-driven recruitment plans aligned with annual hiring targets.
- Talent Pipelines: Partner with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs, build proactive pipelines, and ensure timely fulfilment of business-critical roles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage recruitment analytics and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize sourcing and hiring processes.
- Innovative Talent Sourcing: Design and execute modern sourcing strategies (digital channels, employer branding, talent pipelines, etc.) to attract and engage high-quality and diverse talent.
- Performance & KPI Management: Define, monitor, and report on key recruitment KPIs, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all Talent Acquisition activities.
- Employer Branding and People Marketing: Lead the development and execution of DRÄXLMAIER’s Tunisia employer branding strategy and represent the company in establishing and strengthening partnerships with local universities.
