As a System Quality Planner, you are the architect of reliability. You will bridge the gap between R&D and Operations, ensuring that quality is "built-in" from the very first design phase. You’ll lead the charge in defining how we test, release, and optimize the next generation of automotive testing systems
Your main responsibilities:
- Create and develop comprehensive quality concepts and strategies during the critical development phases.
- Plan and conduct quality reviews for new projects, ensuring every deviation is met with a robust corrective action.
- Define, test, and execute release procedures for equipment, managing the seamless technical handover to Quality Assurance.
- Support FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and maturity measurements for both products and processes.
- Analyze internal quality data to develop concepts for long-term improvement and process optimization.
- Determine inspection methods (SPC, measurement equipment) and lead quality meetings to align stakeholders.
Your profile:
- University degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in an equivalent scientific field.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in quality planning or a related engineering field.
- Proficient knowledge of Quality Core Tools (MSA, SPC) and Risk Management principles.
- A background in wiring harness production and equipment manufacturing is highly desirable.

Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Willing to travel internally and internationally to support customer site testing and drive global collaboration.
