System Engineer - Digital Workplace M365

We are looking for a skilled and proactive M365 System Engineer to join our Digital Workplace M365 team. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, automation, and user experience across our M365 environment.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in M365-related projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for escalated issues from the service desk.
  • Implement approved changes in line with internal standards and best practices.
  • Drive and maintain automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor and report on M365 service utilization and performance.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
  • Support user enablement by creating training materials and assisting with end-user training sessions.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and M365 architecture.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting (including PowerShell Workflow and ISE).
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting for operational tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
