Main Responsibilities:

 
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain.
  • Collect, compile, and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Assist in the creation of supplier development programs; define target systems and multi-stage plans in coordination and collaboration with suppliers; and monitor supplier development based on the agreed-upon goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and production, to ensure alignment of performance goals across the supply chain.
  • Participate in ensuring supply to the assigned plants within the agreed time and quantities by ensuring fully developed, stable "Supply Chain Performance".
  • Participate in supporting suppliers in the case of long-term supply difficulties by making cause and capacity analyses, defining and following up actions and, if necessary, providing on-site support, in consultation with the supervisor in each case.
  • Coordinate escalations and documentation to suppliers through suitable deviation management, including calculating and measuring threshold values for logistic complaints, logistic delivery reliability, special trips, etc.
  • Conduct supplier audits, process inspections, and define and track actions.

 

 

Profile:

 

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Performance Analysis, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
  • Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Excellent English level; German is an asset.
