Supervisor Material Handling

Your Missions:

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage and supervise team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and workforce flexibility.
• Support employee training, qualification, development, and performance management.
• Ensure the availability of materials, cables, and accessories required for production.
• Monitor production planning, launches, inventories, and urgent production requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Support the analysis and resolution of quality issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with production standards, work procedures, and the FIFO principle.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, performance indicators, and operational documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate operational updates and ensure effective information flow across teams.
• Implement management directives and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS) requirements and objectives.
• Support workplace safety initiatives, risk assessments, employee awareness, and continuous improvement of HSE performance.

Profile :

• Bachelor degree or Higher Technician
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive field specially Logistic
• Basic knowledge in Excel, Word
• English language

Additional knowledge:

• Concept of Stock Management
• know the environmental policy.
• Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper ...
• Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies
