🎯 Your Mission

Join our team and support critical supplier management operations in the areas of risk and contract management, sustainability, and system/data governance. Your role will bridge data, systems, and supplier processes to drive smart, scalable improvements across global operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning, data optimization, and system testing for purchasing systems
• Assist in designing and implementing system enhancements and changes (e.g., adaptation, optimization, upgrades)
• Support the development of new system applications
• Assist in designing training courses or key user concepts
• Monitor and help track global KPIs and key purchasing metrics
• Prepare analyses, evaluations, and reports for internal stakeholders
• Track and monitor supplier-related purchasing tasks
• Review and verify supplier documents for accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with internal and external teams (including suppliers) to collect required information
• Assist with supplier onboarding, including system-based connections and integration

📜 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT Management, Business Administration or related field
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience for degree holders OR
• 2–3 years of practical experience for technicians or business economists
• Knowledge on purchasing processes, systems, and data handling is desirable
• Knowledge of process or system affinity
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
• Strong sense of personal initiative and ownership
