Your responsibilities:

   Ensure qualitative analysis (FMEA structure and support):

• Ensure the proper implementation of the P-FMEA concept in the site. Create, update and revise P-FMEA in collaboration with all departments in the site and in coordination with DRX requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure the implementation of the process approach while respecting the manufacturing process flows through an annual planning of creation meetings and P-FMEA reviews.
• Development of the P-FMEA structure based on the process and sub-process steps; creating and revising the P-FMEA tree while ensuring compatibility with process flows.
• Determination of failure modes, their effects on customers as well as the development of cause analyzes in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, while taking into account the appropriate quality tools (5M and 5P).
• Moderation of P-FMEA meetings through a multidisciplinary team for the definition of action plans. Pilot / Coordinate action plans relating to P-FMEA. P-FMEA meetings can take place following a new / transfer of project, a new process, technical change, quality optimization.

 Provide quantitative analysis (listing catalog according to VDA standard):

• Assessment of the effects on internal / external customers (severity), preventive actions (occurrence) and detection actions (detection), according to the VDA rating catalog, within a multidisciplinary team.
• P-FMEA update following high criticality (IPR), external customer complaint, internal product audit complaint.
• Evaluation of 8D reports before full closure (according to standard and customer requirements) in order to improve the processing of complaints.
• Assessment of the effects on internal / external customers (severity), preventive actions (occurrence) and detection actions (detection), according to the VDA rating catalog, within a multidisciplinary team.
• P-FMEA update following high criticality (IPR), external customer complaint, internal product audit complaint.
• Evaluation of 8D reports before full closure (according to standard and customer requirements) in order to improve the processing of complaints.
• Participate in the application of FMEA procedures and analyze the risks with the teams.
• Participate in FMEA risk analysis meetings.
• Mastering quality tools (8D, 5M, 5P, Brainstorming).
• Take all preventive measures likely to improve quality.
• Collaboration with the ancillary services (production, logistics, training, PN-AV, etc.) to set up the action plans necessary for the improvement of quality.
• Ensure the implementation and management of Lessons learned following complaint, new process.
• Provide training on P-FMEA methodology and IQ FMEA software in accordance with Draexlmaier guidelines
• Ensure the use, control and implementation of the MES-Qua system in all these functionalities in all areas.
• Ensure the mastery and full use of the Q-Sys system for the processing of complaints for the quality department

Special Characteristics /Error proofing / D-TLD:

• Ensure documentation of special characteristics in P-FMEA while taking into account the compatibility between their assessment and the risk matrix.
• Ensure the documentation of the anti-error systems (Error Proofing process) in P-FMEA while taking into account the compatibility between their assessment and the risk matrix.

Your profile:

• University degree
• Min 3 years of experience in the field of quality management in automotive sector.
• Good mastery of problem solving methodology
• Good level in English and / or German

Experience professionnelle :  

• 8D Report (RQMS)
• PLP/ FMEA/ Process Flows Diagram / SPC
• Process management (Adonis)
• Knowledge of statistics
• VDA 6.3 internal auditor
• Computer skills (Excel and Word)
• Know the environmental policy.
• Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as consumption of energy, water, paper, copper….
• Commitment to operational control regarding waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949
• Basic knowledge of CSR (VW/  Audi/ BMW/ Mercedes
