Specialist Compliance&Reporting IMDS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IMDS Specialist (Compliance & Reporting Services)

to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards related to IMDS, REACh, and SCIP. You will play a key role in managing reporting processes, supporting supplier compliance, and optimizing internal procedures within a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (IMDS, REACh, SCIP)
• Manage and support supplier evaluation and reporting processes
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain internal procedures, guidelines, and documentation
• Analyze data accuracy and validate information provided by third parties
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of compliance-related activities
• Support process improvements and implementation of internal standards
• Provide reporting and create performance statistics (IMDS, REACh, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to process analysis and problem resolution

Profile & Qualifications

• University degree (or Equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with IMDS
• Advanced knowledge of English
• German is a plus
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
