Your main tasks:

• Act as a contact person for both internal and external matters within your area of expertise, and collaborate in internal working groups.
• Identify training needs in your field and plan/conduct internal and external training sessions, including international ones, to support employee development and knowledge sharing.
• Help define and improve internal standards and processes within your area of expertise by identifying gaps and optimizing development practices, software standards, and application architectures.
• Perform mainly conceptual tasks within your area of expertise.
• Support business processes through the application landscape, ensuring clear and efficient representation of processes in application functionalities.
• Review application integration and update the IT system landscape accordingly.
• Prepare architecture-related topics for IT process meetings.
• Identify, define, and communicate new requirements related to technical architecture, IT infrastructure, and middleware.
• Ensure new or updated architectures comply with standards and are compatible with Master Data Management (MDM) and integration requirements.
• Contribute to the standardization of application development across the DRÄXLMAIER Group.
• Ensure proper implementation of development processes, including coordinating the creation of IT specifications based on functional requirements.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the IT domain
• Solid experience in ABAP (OO) development
• Familiarity with SAP UI5, SAP FIORI, SAP BTP, and JavaScript is a strong plus
• Experience in designing and developing forms using SAP Script, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms
• Knowledge of SAP enhancement techniques such as BAdI, Enhancements, and Customer Functions
• Experience in developing interfaces, particularly using IDoc
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies including Rapid Application Programming, Core Data Services (CDS), and ODATA services
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential
