Senior Employee IT Security - IAM

We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to lead and elevate our Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manageour IAM solutions, playing a vital part in ensuring compliance, boosting operational efficiency, and safeguarding critical assets.

Your main tasks:

• Administer and maintain the IAM solution, including user lifecycle management, access policies and controls,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement access requirements and governance policies
• Lead IAM-related projects such as onboarding new applications, automating provisioning processes, and integrating systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows and standard operating procedures
• Improve the UX/UI to increase customer satisfaction
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to IAM strategy and roadmap planning

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Up to  5 years of experience with IAM systems (e.g., Omada, SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity), Active Directory and Entra ID are required
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, identity lifecycle, access policies, directory services and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g. PowerShell, Java, C#, REST)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of identity governance and access certification processes
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
