Lead the design and implementation of innovative software modules, shaping the development process and driving impactful solutions within your area of expertise.
Your tasks:
- Define implementation details for software development and customization based on provided specifications.
- Ensure all implementations comply with application architecture and guidelines.
- Recommend suitable programming solutions and ensure consistent customization with architects.
- Coordinate developers in implementing assigned applications.
- Establish programming design patterns and customization templates.
- Collaborate with architects on testing and authorization concepts.
- Oversee the development process from specification to implementation.
- Review and coordinate technical aspects of development projects.
- Support standardization of application development within DRÄXLMAIER Group.
- Contribute to the evolution of architectural principles, processes, and tools.
- Prepare IT specifications.
Your profile:
- Egineering degree in Information Technology or related field, with 3 to 5 years of ABAP development experience
- Strong software development skills in S/4 HANA
- Excellent English proficiency
- Solid understanding of SAP, including Accounting, Finance, and Payroll processes
- Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 standards
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001 standards
