We are looking for a Training Coordinator to drive strategic training plans, ensure effective operator development, and lead the training department toward high performance and operational excellence.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement a strategic training and qualification plan for workers/operators.
- Ensure and evaluate the proper execution of training activities for operational staff. Oversee the effective functioning of the training department and strengthen its leadership to guide the team toward expected results and objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise the organization of work within the department, manage, assign tasks to, and evaluate trainers.
- Ensure the implementation and follow‑up of the integration plan (initial and complementary) for new operative recruits.
- Supervise and ensure the proper execution of training for operative personnel.
- Oversee the evaluation of trainings (immediate and delayed evaluations) and prepare corresponding reports.
- Ensure compliance with the training schedule and the satisfaction of new recruits, and take appropriate actions when needed.
- Develop and improve internal training procedures.
- Collaborate with the team in the development, updating, and validation of training materials.
- Collaborate with the team in the creation and updating of theoretical and practical evaluation tests.
- Coordinate with Werk managers for the organization and execution of the qualification program for operative personnel.
- Implement a monitoring and execution system for production department training requests.
- Establish, in coordination with the production department, a polyvalence (Multi‑skilling) plan for operative personnel.
- Monitor the achievement of objectives (KPIs) and implement action plans in case of deviations.
- Ensure the smooth execution of audits in accordance with the applied procedures.
- Lead Werk training sessions.
- Coordinate with Engineering Department for the launch of pre‑series and new series within the PVS area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3)
- 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Proficient in English
