Your Impact
As our Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Own the End-to-End Recruitment Process
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar and regional roles, from job intake to offer and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Deliver High-Complexity Hiring
Focus on niche, senior, and business-critical positions by applying targeted sourcing strategies and structured evaluation methods.

Act as a Strategic Partner
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, calibrate requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Drive Proactive Talent Sourcing
Identify, approach, and engage candidates through various channels and direct search, ensuring strong pipelines for current and future roles.

Ensure Quality Candidate Assessment
Conduct interviews, evaluate skills, and support decision-making through structured feedback and recommendations.

Leverage Market Intelligence
Perform market and salary analyses to identify trends and implement the most efficient recruitment approaches.

Optimize Recruitment Processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, test new tools, and enhance recruitment methods and KPIs.

Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives to increase visibility and attract top talent.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional who:

Has experience in recruitment, ideally managing complex or specialized roles;

Demonstrates strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and assessment skills;

Is comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools;

Has advanced English skills and strong MS Office knowledge;

Displays excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities;
