Your Mission
As a Project & System Manager (R&D), you will lead projects related to the development of systems or components for Operations Test and Manufacturing Equipment. You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑performance delivery, while driving system‑level requirements, verification, and technical risk management.
Your tasks:
- Clarify technical requirements and contribute to order creation and development‑cost estimations with specialist departments.
- Define project organization (roles, tasks, interfaces) and coordinate resources with supervisors.
- Build, maintain, and monitor project plans; ensure transparent reporting, proper escalation, and timely countermeasures for deviations.
- Manage customer change requests in coordination with customer development engineers.
- Support Purchasing with requirements, supplier evaluations, and make‑or‑buy decisions.
- Prepare and review project reports, presentations, and final documentation.
- Lead and motivate project team members.
- Define Functional Requirements and verification criteria within the System Requirements Specification (SRS).
- Ensure product implementation aligns with requirements, with timely closure of gaps.
- Oversee system‑level test specifications and test result reviews.
- Manage interfaces across domains and suppliers to ensure integration readiness.
- Drive technical risk management (e.g., D‑FMEA), ensuring early identification and mitigation of risks.
- Prepare system concept evaluations (e.g., NWA) to support technical decisions and concept maturity.
Your profile:
- University degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, etc.) with more than 3 years of experience in project and system management.
- Solid experience in project management and requirements management.
