Professional Education Trainer

Join our Professional Education team and play a key role in developing apprentices in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, and industrial engineering. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, coaching, and educational excellence to help build a highly skilled workforce. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, deliver, and monitor technical training programs in mechatronics, electronics, and related engineering fields. 
• Coach, mentor, and support apprentices throughout their learning journey, fostering both technical and professional competencies.
• Evaluate trainee performance, identify development needs, and implement appropriate support and improvement measures.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of training curricula, learning content, and educational concepts.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure effective practical training and apprentice deployment. 
• Support recruitment and selection activities for apprentices.
• Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, parents, and external educational partners. 
• Participate in audits, assessments, and training quality reviews to ensure educational excellence. 

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree, technician qualification, in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in electronics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or technical training environments. 
• Solid knowledge of mechatronics, electronics systems, industrial equipment, and production technologies.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire young talents. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and CAD tools is considered a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel between company plants and training locations.
