Production Supervisor - DRÄXLMAIER Sousse

Main Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address production and quality issues.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members and Line Leaders to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace regulations.
• Analyze production and quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate production priorities and workforce allocation to meet business requirements.
• Manage internal and external quality concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
• Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is considered an advantage.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and improve operational KPIs.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related systems.
