Payroll Officer

Principle activities
- Conduct wage and salary payment for METS company and support functions.
- Responsible for the preparation and progressing of more than 3100 employees, review and ensure accuracy of approved pay sheets, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
- Manage the legal salary with holdings salary changes/ collective salary increase. Manage the salary / Tax certificates.
- Responsible for the coordination between payroll, human resources and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data including preparation/ distribution of detailed reports, head count, personal data, statistics...)
- Filing personnel files and associate payroll statement.
- Edit pay slips.
- Manage declarations to public institutions.
- Explain payroll problem to employees.
- Apply the instructions and procedures related to SST prevention and respect the environment.
- Report dangerous situations related to the HSE domain
Profile
- Bachelor degree in Human resources, Management, or any other relevant field
- 3 years experience HR / Payroll
- Good knowledge in SAP ( Key User ) / Payroll processes
- Advanced skills in MS –Office
- Good in English
