Maintenance Supervisor KS/VK Mets Plant

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reception, installation, commissioning, and handover of new machines and equipment.
• Ensure standardization, cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of machines, workstations, and maintenance areas.
• Guarantee machine availability including backup equipment in line with daily production planning.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities and validate interventions and ensure sustained equipment reliability.
• Analyze machine breakdowns, production stoppages, and recurring faults implement corrective and root‑cause actions.
• Monitor spare parts consumption, control abnormal usage and ensure compliance with cost and inventory targets.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians also support operator training in collaboration with production and training teams.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution with maintenance and cross functional teams.
• Manage and update maintenance systems and documentation (equipment data, preventive plans, scrap, changes).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures
• promote professional maintenance practices.
• Prepare and support audits, external visits, and action‑plan follow‑up to achieve zero maintenance  non‑conformities.
• Manage maintenance resources, tools, and budget efficiently according to internal policies and legal requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, cost reduction, and equipment performance optimization.
• Promote strong communication and collaboration between preventive maintenance and other departments.
• Enforce HSE policies, ensure regulatory compliance, assess risks, and promote a strong safety and environmental culture.

Qualifications:

• Higher Technicien diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field, preferably within a cutting maintenance département.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical systems, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent Englich
