We are looking for a Specialist Logistic Network Planning to design and optimize our global raw material supply network and guarantee efficient inbound flows to DRÄXLMAIER plants around the world.

Your Mission:

Plan and implement a cost‑optimized, process‑efficient raw material supply chain for global DRÄXLMAIER locations throughout project phases and series production.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement logistics processes for purchased parts from suppliers to the production plant.
  • Define stock targets, scheduling modes, delivery routes, frequencies, and lot sizes.
  • Integrate planning requirements from logistics and industrialization workshops.
  • Maintain and update relevant master data
  • Execute complex logistics projects, including delivery route design considering customs and taxation aspects.
  • Conduct calculations and scenario analyses.
  • Identify optimization potentials and implement improvements across the supply network.
  • Support the optimization of logistics tools and IT systems.
  • Create, update, and ensure implementation of global logistics standards, methods, guidelines, and tools.
  • Introduce and develop supply concepts and logistics agreements.
  • Gather feedback to measure process effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in supplier pre‑sourcing and sourcing by defining logistics requirements.
  • Lead logistics discussions and project meetings with suppliers.
  • Create, define, and negotiate logistics supplier contracts with global applicability.
  • Represent logistics topics during supplier selection, including cost evaluations.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in logistics planning or comparable roles.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong intercultural and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and economic thinking.
  • High customer orientation, flexibility, and problem‑solving ability.
