We are looking for a Logistic Network & Analytics Planning Specialist to support and operate critical data platforms within our global logistics organization.

In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and automation of reporting and data processes, while collaborating closely with IT, analytics, and business stakeholders.

 You will play a key role in preparing the foundation for advanced analytics and AI‑driven use cases.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain multiple Power BI dashboards and datasets
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data refreshes, performance, and access
  • Support paginated reports, exports, and scheduled refresh scenarios
  • Maintain and operate Power Automate cloud flows
  • Execute and monitor Windows scheduled tasks on remote PCs
  • Handle Excel‑based automation (e.g. VBA, batch, VBS, PowerShell)
  • Support and gradually contribute to data product structures
  • Work with SQL‑based data sources and semantic models
  • Collaborate with IT on Microsoft Fabric and Data Platform topics
  • Support data freezes, versioning, and data quality checks
  • Support data preparation for forecasting and advanced analytics
  • Participate in initiatives toward AI‑ and ML‑ready data
  • Use AI assistants (e.g. Copilot) to improve analysis and operational efficiency

Your Profile

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in logistics planning or a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Strong analytical mindset with sound economic thinking
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills
  • High customer orientation, flexibility, and problem‑solving ability
