Logistic Inbound Planning Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Inbound Logistics Planner to strengthen our team. In this role, you will optimize costs, processes, and concepts within DRÄXLMAIER’s global raw material supply chain ensuring that our production sites receive the right material, at the right time, at the right cost.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement inbound logistics flows from global suppliers to our production locations.
• Analyze logistics cost structures and provide input during the supplier sourcing process.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics standards, supply concepts, and supplier agreements.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers on logistics terms and ensure optimal long‑term collaboration.
• Identify optimization opportunities within the global supply network and drive implementation.
• Support the enhancement of planning tools and digital systems, contributing to increased transparency and efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a specialization in logistics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical mindset and digital affinity; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
• Proactive communicator with strong planning, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
