KS production supervisor

Mission :

• Achieve all the indicated objectives (KPIs) (Efficiency, absenteeism, quality, cost, overconsumption, waste rate, etc.)
• Convey the objectives of METS and the specific objectives of KS VK to Draxelmaier employees.
• Work in close collaboration and exchange information with the various departments.
• Solve difficulties and prevent hierarchy in case of complications.
• Continuous assessment of the skills of the group working under its responsibility.
• Define with your team a training program.
• Ensure good collaboration between the different KS VK workstations.
• Check the smooth running of the workstation change.
• Ensure discipline, order, and cleanliness in your workplace.
• Ensure the application of administrative procedures and internal regulations of the company.
• Management of conflicts between the staff under his responsibility.
• Weekly and monthly quality report review and corrective action when indicators are exceeded.
• Establish an action plan in case of exceeding the target at KS VK Zone.
• Analyze and team up with the corrective measures of external and internal complaints.
• Participate in defining the instructions and work procedures at KS VK necessary to achieve the objectives of the area.
• Inform your supervisor of any problems in the KS VK production area.
• Contribute to the identification of environmental aspects and risk assessment related to occupational safety and health.
• Involve employees working under his / her responsibility to analyze deviations and to propose and apply corrective measures.
• Conduct periodic meetings and mention tasks to be done and deadlines for completion in minutes.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years in the automotive industry.
• Good English Level
• Mastery of Computer skills.
