In this strategic role, you will significantly strengthen our company’s cyber resilience and play a key part in securely shaping our path toward digitalization. You will drive innovative cybersecurity solutions, support global teams, and ensure that information security remains at the core of everything we do.

Your Mission:

As an Information Security Officer – Architecture, you will be responsible for safeguarding our digital ecosystem and ensuring that our global security strategy is implemented consistently across all business functions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Align and coordinate information security initiatives with our company-wide security strategy and roadmap.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve processes, strategies, and techniques to protect our critical assets and information.

• Consult and support plants, business units, and global functions in implementing defined information security requirements.
• Drive and deliver (global) information security projects to reduce security risks and strengthen our defense capabilities.

• Develop security solutions, automations, and reporting tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Build and execute cybersecurity awareness programs, including simulated cyber‑threat exercises.

• Create risk profiles for projects and assets, evaluating impacts on our information security landscape.
• Select and shape the IT/OT security tool landscape to ensure the best fit for business and operational needs.
• Ensure high-quality assessments, specifications, and proof‑of‑concepts for new security technologies.

• Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving threats to recommend strategic actions and architecture enhancements.

What you will bring:

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• +5 of professional experience in information security, ideally in architecture or infrastructure‑related roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures, IT/OT systems, and security architectures.
• Good programming skills in common languages.
• Broad expertise in IT/OT security and information security standards.
• Excellent English communication skills.
