Your Mission:

 

As an Industrial Engineering Supervisor, you will lead and develop the Industrial Engineering team while ensuring efficient production processes, successful implementation of engineering changes, and continuous operational improvements. You'll play a key role in enhancing productivity, ergonomics, quality, and cost efficiency.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Industrial Engineering team
  • Drive process optimization, line balancing, capacity studies, and workflow improvements
  • Coordinate technical changes with cross-functional departments
  • Ensure production readiness by providing the required tools, equipment, and documentation on time
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve departmental objectives
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, ergonomics, and waste reduction
  • Analyze production issues and customer complaints to identify sustainable solutions
  • Promote a safe and ergonomic work environment in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and other support functions to ensure operational excellence

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
