We are looking for a talented ITSM Software Customization Engineer who will join our IT Team in Tunisia :

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Administration and maintenance of our ITSM tool
  • Implementing new functionalities by customization based on released changes
  • Assure the proper functionality of the ITSM tool and offers troubleshooting support in case of malfunctions (acts as 2nd level support)
  • Strong collaboration with the ITSM Senior Software Developer in order to align within the implementation of release changes documented and managed inJIRA
  • Development of proactive technical prototypes to offer best solutions for our internal customers
  • Implementing request forms and workflows

 

Requirements:

 

  • Preferable University IT degree or similar will be an advantage
  • Creative open mindset, experience in multicultural teams is a plus
  • Work experience in IT area will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, Good organizational skills
  • Experience with ITSM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory / German language will be an advantage
