Your Mission:

As an IT Service Desk Employee, you’ll be the first line of support for our global IT infrastructure. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement across our systems.

You will:

  • Monitor and identify IT incidents, escalating them to problem management when needed
  • Propose and implement optimization measures to improve IT service quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve service requests, disruptions, and security incidents
  • Analyze system threats and anomalies using monitoring tools
  • Support identity and access management processes (e.g., 4-eye principle)
  • Maintain accurate technical and process documentation
  • Advise users and IT staff on functional issues and security concerns
  • Analyze reports and guide first-level support teams in resolving complex issues

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a call center environment
  • Solid understanding of IT systems (hardware, networks, operating systems)
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management best practices
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • German language is a plus and recomended
