Ensure seamless IT service delivery by managing user requests, diagnosing technical issues, and coordinating the resolution of incidents and system events across the organization's IT environment.
 
 

Main responsibilities:

 

 

  • Receive, analyze, and process IT service requests, incidents, and IT security-related issues.

  • Develop the optimization proposals and insure the implementation of derived measures.
  • Analyse and clarify problems with internal and external partners (e.g. acting as contact persons and clarifying questions about incidents (IT service requests, IT disruptions and IT security incidents) or external service providers, etc.).
  • Identify and analyse interference and threats from instruments (monitoring).
  • Assist in the verification of authorization assignments/deletions and ensuring role-specifi c, authorized access to services (e.g. as part of identity and accessmanagement; 4 eye principle, etc.)
  • Document the measures and maintenance of technical and process documentation according to predetermined guidelines.
  • Advise users / IT staff in case of specific functional problems and security breaches
  • Insure the analysis of reports 
  • Instruct and advise first level supports in solving complex inquiries and in the use of the solution database.

 

Profile:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • Previous experience in IT support, technical services, or a call center environment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of IT technologies, including hardware, networking, operating systems, and related infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
  • German language proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage throughout the selection process.
