IT SAP Solution Expert Controlling- Application Responsible

We are looking for a SAP Solution Expert Controlling- Application Responsible for our Regional IT Center Tunisia.

Responsibilities:

• • Design of several IT-supported business sub-process elements according to the DRX process map in cooperation with functional units and ensure the definition of requirements for software development in one or more business sub-processes (mainly for Controlling CO-PS and CO-PA);
  • Acts as an internal and external contact within the IT Solution Finance department with focus on Controlling topics (mainly CO-PS, CO-PA); participation in internal working groups such as Synapsis or other Group projects;
  • Identifies trends within the IT Finance Controlling area to develop concepts and proposes recommended actions (e.g. further developments of our existing SAP S/4 Hana system landscape and our DRӒXLMAIER Global Template within “Synapsis”);
  • Ensures the completeness/quality of the technical specifications for IT Controlling applications / processes within the area of responsibility;
  • Acts as a technical project leader in IT projects related to Finance applications and makes changes within the Customizing in accordance with the requirements and internal specifications of the customer;
  • Resolves Level 2 incidents and implements changes (Service Requests) for the SAP Finance applications (mainly Controlling) and all related Finance IT applications;
  • Ensures the execution of test phases (e.g. Technical/Functional Unit Test, User Acceptance Test) and the documentation of the complete business sub-processes in the area of IT Finance Controlling, as well as the implementation of applications/modules worldwide in coordination with the internal customers and software development.

Requirements:

• • Degree in computer science, business informatics, commercial information technology, business administration, economics or similar with 3-5 years of professional IT experience on SAP CO-PS/CO-PA/CO-PC;
  • Experience in administrative business processes in SAP CO-PS/CO-PA/CO-PC;
  • Knowledge of Controlling processes in SAP CO-PS/CO-PA/CO-PC (requirements management, business blueprints, trainings, roll-outs) and knowledge of customization in SAP CO-PS/CO-PA/CO-PC modules;
  • English - very good level / German is an advantage;
  • Project management knowledge;
  • Process oriented thinking, problem solving and teamwork skills.
