IT Operations On-Site Employee

Your responsibilities:

• Act as the on-site IT responsible person according to MDM View.
• Operate and maintain IT systems following guidelines and processes (e.g., integrate hardware, install infrastructure).
• Lead and support on-site IT colleagues in resolving complex issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide 1st-level support for IT infrastructure.
• Track local IT tasks and follow up on deviations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical problems.
• Document and provide solutions for complex issues in the solution database.
• Handle IT service requests and incidents in 2nd-level support per ITSM standards.
• Provide remote or on-site support for office and shop floor systems.
• Execute IT service requests and project work packages on-site.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and problem management.

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Perfect English.
