IMDS Analyst (2)

About the Role:

We are looking for an IMDS Analyst to join our team and support the processing and management of material data for our products within the International Material Data System (IMDS).

This role ensures data accuracy, timely submissions, and effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze, process, and finalize material data for final products (FP numbers) in IMDS
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of submitted data
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery for ongoing projects
• Manage communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate IMDS-related activities across departments
• Support suppliers in resolving IMDS data issues and rejection reasons
• Manage IMDS mailbox and ensure efficient request handling
• Generate reports as required by management
• Perform system checks and data validations
• Provide support in resolving system or data integration issues (iPoint, HOST, IMDS)
• Prepare reports related to communication projects and activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
• Good analytical skills
• Experience in quality assurance is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• German is a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with IMDS, iPoint, or similar tools is an asset
• A collaborative, customer-focused, and proactive professional with strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
