We are looking for a visionary Head of Security, Safety & Services (Sousse Hub) to lead our infrastructure operations and shape the future of our site’s safety, facility management, and environmental standards.
Your Responsabilities:
- As the Head of Security, Safety & Services, you will be the driving force behind our infrastructure strategy, translating corporate goals into actionable plans that ensure our site runs safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with plant and corporate objectives
- Translate group-level goals into operational excellence across EHS, security, and facility services
- Lead all infrastructure-related activities, including facility maintenance, utilities, and building systems
- Ensure compliance with local and international EHS standards and security protocols
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, development, and performance evaluations
- Plan and manage budgets, contracts, and service providers with precision and accountability
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners during transitions and handovers
- Provide expert advice and reporting to senior management on infrastructure performance and compliance
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in infrastructure management, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Deep knowledge of facility operations, EHS regulations, and security systems
- Familiarity with ISO standards, local building codes, and occupational health regulations
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Fluent English
