Head of Security, Safety and Services

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Security, Safety and Services to lead and oversee site infrastructure operations at our Sousse plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, budget management, facility services, maintenance activities, EHS compliance, and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe site operations. 

Main Responsibilities:

• • Lead and manage the Site Infrastructure Management team and daily operations.
  • Develop and support strategic and operational plans for the department.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee facility services, maintenance activities, and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advise management on workplace safety, environmental, and infrastructure-related matters.

Requirements:

• • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification , Facilities Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English and/or German.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
