Mission :
- Play the role of the coordinator and the first contact between the customer and the plant
- Support and coordinate internal audits of systems and processes
- Carry out the implementation of external audits (client and DRAX central)
- Clarifying quality problems with the customer in case of complaints and ensuring their solution
- Clarify quality problems with suppliers and ensure that problems are solved
- Promote and implement preventive quality techniques throughout the production process
- Seeking, finding and promoting new methods and guiding everyone involved towards a far-reaching quality mindset
- Supervision and coordination of reporting to the line manager or technical supervisor
- Managing, developing and motivating subordinate employees in accordance with the company's management principles
- Breaking down and prioritizing group goals for employees
- Responsible of the release of process and product in series production
- Ensure the right actions towards customers crises
- Planning and managing the budget in the area of responsibility in coordination with the line manager and ensuring compliance
- Implementing guidelines, processes and systems in the area of responsibility
- Regular communication with internal / external customer and VIB, complaint management, KPI's, Q-offensive etc..
- Workplace/area: As defined in the organizational chart.
- Ensure that EHS policies and objectives are defined
Profile :
- University degree is required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Automotive industry
- English is mandatory, German will be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
