Head of CAM and CNC Technologies

As Head of the CNC workplace and programming departments, you will be responsible for supervising and improving the processes and performance of the departments under your responsibility.
Here is a summary of your main responsibilities:
- Supervise staff in the CNC workshop and programming departments, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.
- Ensure that processes and work instructions are correctly applied.
- Collaborate with other sites to improve and standardize processes and work instructions.
- Achieve departmental targets, particularly in terms of efficiency, quality and process compliance.
- Draw up a detailed action plan in the event of non-achievement of objectives, including in-depth analysis.
- Prepare and develop a performance indicator dashboard to monitor progress and results.
- Manage and prioritize production orders in accordance with planning.
- Guarantee product quality in accordance with customer requirements and technical standards.
- Identify and solve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Optimize machining times and production costs, and reduce scrap rates and tool consumption.
- Ensure ongoing team training and develop the qualification matrix.
- Implement and improve preventive and corrective maintenance activities for CNC equipment.
- Ensure workplace safety and comply with safety regulations.
Profile:
- Senior technician or engineer in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years' experience as a machine shop manager.
- Good command of machining processes, knowledge of materials and industrial safety standards.
- Planning, communication and leadership skills, as well as an orientation towards processes and objectives.
- Fluent English.
