Hardware Designer (R&D)

Your main mission:
As a Hardware Designer, you'll develop and optimize electronic modules at the intersection of hardware and software, bringing complex automotive systems to life.
Your tasks:
- Design and develop electronic modules (hardware) and embedded software for automotive test systems
- Create PCB layouts in compliance with EMC regulations using tools like Altium Designer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions
- Develop and test prototypes, ensuring functionality and reliability
- Use Mathcad for circuit analysis and algorithm development
- Modify and enhance PCB design tools for new functionalities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and risk assessments (FMEA)
- Support production rollout of hardware, including training and technical assistance
- Participate in internal and external projects, from concept to implementation
Your profile:
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in Hardware Development
- Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics architecture
- Experience in PCB layout techniques under EMC regulations
- Hands-on skills in hardware prototyping and understanding of production processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English language
- Willing and flexible to travel both within the country and internationally
