Hardware Designer (R&D)

Your main mission:

As a Hardware Designer, you'll develop and optimize electronic modules at the intersection of hardware and software, bringing complex automotive systems to life.

Your tasks: 

• Design and develop electronic modules (hardware) and embedded software for automotive test systems
• Create PCB layouts in compliance with EMC regulations using tools like Altium Designer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions
• Develop and test prototypes, ensuring functionality and reliability
• Use Mathcad for circuit analysis and algorithm development
• Modify and enhance PCB design tools for new functionalities
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and risk assessments (FMEA)
• Support production rollout of hardware, including training and technical assistance
• Participate in internal and external projects, from concept to implementation

Your profile:

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in Hardware Development
• Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics architecture
• Experience in PCB layout techniques under EMC regulations
• Hands-on skills in hardware prototyping and understanding of production processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English language
• Willing and flexible to travel both within the country and internationally
