Global EHS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EHS Compliance Leader to enhance and implement EHS processes worldwide, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

Mission:

• Lead regional and site-level EHS teams, ensuring full compliance with EHS laws, regulations, and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Develop and implement global guidelines, conducting training and audits to monitor compliance.
• Advise leadership on best practices in waste management, hazardous substances, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
• Serve as the expert point of contact for EHS issues, driving continuous improvement across all sites.
• Act as a liaison with external authorities for inspections and audits, ensuring necessary corrective actions are executed.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification; NEBOSH/OSHA certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in EHS management, audits, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills to manage global projects and teams.
• Proficiency in EHS management systems and data analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training, audits, and inspections.
