Your responsibilities :

• Oversee maintenance activities for both equipment and buildings.
• Ensure effective coordination with suppliers for the redevelopment projects across various site areas.
• Develop manuals detailing requirements within your area of expertise.
• Ensure projects are executed and monitored according to technical requirements, regulations, and deadlines.
• Support the implementation and continuous monitoring of GMAO software as a key user.
• Help define the scope, budget, and timeline for development projects.
• Assist in managing the bidding and awarding process.
• Coordinate the activities of construction teams.
• Provide oversight for the installation of projects.
• Assist in tracking budgets and schedules, and develop reports as directed.
• Help resolve design and construction conflicts.
• Ensure clear communication with customers regarding project processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve established goals.
• Assist in the overall project management process.

Profile:

• A higher degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering related to Facilities Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in the facility management, maintenance, or projects sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing, 3D software for architectural/technical uses, and project planning software (e.g., Gantt diagrams, Primavera).
• Very good level of English.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an asset
