Facility Management Coordinator

Join our site infrastructure team as a facility management coordinator to ensure the projects coordination and management on minor construction and renovation projects, as well as major maintenance projects.

Your Tasks:

• Provide daily facility management support related to maintenance for both equipments and buildings.
• Ensure the coordination between the suppliers for the redevelopment project of multiple areas in the plants.
• Support local facility management supervisors in the preperation of layout and drawings.
• Support local facility management supervisors in the redaction of reports, action plans related to the audit and the follow up of event series.
• Provide the needed support in the implementation of GMAO software and ensure the processes are respected.
• Assist in the developement and tracking of projects (scope, budget and timeline) and develop reports 
• Assist in the design constructability reviews 
• Assist in the design/construction conflict resolution 
• Coordinate the activities of the construction teams 
• Ensure communication to customers and different parties about the project´s processes and procedures

Your Profile:

• A university degree as an architect, civil, electrical or mechanical engineer
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• A previous experience in tendaring process and GMAO is amandatory
• Perfect communication in english is mandatory
• Good communication in german is a plus
• Perfect handling of MS office tools and Autocad is mandatory
• Perfect handling of Power BI is an advantage
