Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Health, Safety, Fire Prevention, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Monitor and inspect the effective implementation of occupational health, safety, fire protection, and accident prevention measures.
• Identify environmental gaps, prepare analyses and reports, and implement corrective and improvement actions.
• Plan, organize, and deliver EHS training sessions for concerned employees.
• Ensure that EHS policies, procedures, and objectives are clearly defined, implemented, and maintained.
• Ensure the implementation of security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and evacuation drills.
• Act as the main contact person for security‑related topics, including coordination with external authorities.
• Actively promote a strong EHS culture across the organization.
• Support the establishment and effective operation of Health and Safety Committees.

Your Profile

• University degree in EHS or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Tunisian legal requirements related to public access buildings.
• Initial training in fire prevention.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an EHS‑related role.
• Knowledge of security management is considered an advantage.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
