Environmental, health & Safety Specialist

Your tasks:

• Lead the implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and fire safety regulations across all regional activities, including customer sites and workshops.
• Support the Regional EHS Leader and collaborate with local EHS teams on all EHS and fire protection matters.
• Foster strong relationships with operational teams to promote a culture of safety and ensure consistent EHS and fire protection performance.
• Drive and coordinate regional EHS and fire protection initiatives, including training, audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage regional EHS data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and monitor changes to anticipate business impacts.
• Conduct and oversee incident investigations, ensuring proper documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain internal procedures and contracts related to EHS and fire protection (e.g., waste management, fire system maintenance).
• Coordinate audits of external service providers to assess risks and ensure alignment with EHS standards.

Your profile:

• University degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in this field
• Strong knowledge of the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Excellent english skills 
• Experience with project management / coordination is a plus
