Employee Procurement Governance

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Employee – Procurement Governance to support the optimization of procurement systems and processes. In this role, you will contribute to data management, supplier onboarding, KPI tracking, and the development of digital procurement solutions while collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of system-based digital solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate) for the entire Procurement organization.
- Support implementation and improvement of procurement systems and processes
- Monitor and track procurement KPIs and purchasing activities
- Prepare analyses, reports, and evaluations for management
- Ensure data quality and support testing of purchasing systems
- Review supplier documents and support supplier onboarding
- Maintain E-Procurement Solutions (e.g., Ivalua) and support digital Tools development
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Support in the creation of training concepts and key user documentation.
- Manual data maintenance, data cleaning, data optimization, and system testing within the purchasing systems.
- Preparation of reports required by management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or IT Management (or equivalent experience)
- Affinity for systems and process-oriented work
- Good English skills (German is a plus)
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn
